The terms and conditions are sent with the offer and/or the  booking confirmation. The terms and conditions are mandatory and define the cooperation between the tenant and the photo hall in detail. They are also available for download on the homepage as a PDF.

The Fotohalle is politically correct and does not tolerate any events/productions that violate ethical or moral principles.

Discrimination, denunciation of any kind are clear violations of the principles of the Fotohalle and lead to immediate exclusion or. Termination of the event or no contractual relationship.

Swiss law applies in all areas. The place of jurisdiction is the canton of Zurich.
